Trakya Cam produced its first automotive glass in its Çayırova Plant in 1967. The company has tripled its sales in the last five years and has reached 30% direct, 50% indirect export levels in its Automotive Glass Plant which is built in 1991 in Lüleburgaz/Kırklareli and started production in 1993. Trakya Automotive Glass Plant, which has implemented sophisticated glass projects in car, light and heavy commercial vehicle segments, has participated in different projects as the co-design partner of original equipment manufacturers (OEM). With investments based on the long lasting projects of its clients, Trakya has added advanced production technologies to its portfolio.

Trakya Automotive Glass, besides its main production plant in Lüleburgaz/Kırklareli, also serves Turkish automotive industry through its parts assembly plants in Tuzla/İstanbul and Çorlu/Tekirdağ. As for Europe, through its facilities in UK , Italy and Slovenia , sequenced and JIT shipments are practiced to the plants of main industry clients.
